Scope of application

Double channel automatic sorting line is suitable for biscuits, cookies, waffles, shellfish and other regular shape products.

The performance characteristics of

1, dual channel automatically assigned by the pull from the conveyor, conveyor line, steering unit, stacking conveyor, dual channel conveyor, double channel automatic material storage units, dual channel laminated tail stock and automatic packaging machine, to pull away from respectively, automatic packing materials distribution, send products in order to multi-channel (dual channel) automatic bedding material to locate the packing unit. To achieve continuous production, efficient, beautiful packaging effect.

2, optional automatic turning device, pull distance conveyor design as needed.

3. The packing speed of single line can be up to 350 packages/min. The speed depends on product size, packing form and packing material.

4, the whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure, one tow four total power of about 42kW.
