Scope of application

Automatic bagging and packing machine is mainly aimed at square toast cake prefabricated bag products. The front end can be connected with the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding and automatic bagging and packing of products.

The performance characteristics of

1. Automatic bagging and packing machine is composed of feeding tail frame (or feeding belt), pushing mechanism, rotary table, bag-opening mechanism and conveyor belt. Through the simultaneous work of multiple stations, bagging and bagging can be carried out at the same time, efficient and stable.

2. Single line packing speed: 20-65 bales/min, depending on product size and packaging form. Standard machine packaging size: length 70-170mmx width 70mmx high 70mm (can be customized according to the product). Packing form: prefabricated bag (flat bag, free-standing bag, zipper bag, M bag, etc.).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, and the total power is about 5.2KW, as shown in the figure. Air pressure: 0.6KPa Gas consumption: 2.2 m3 / h.
