Automatic sorting line without support

Scope of application

For cookies (not filled) multi-piece packaging products, the front end can be connected to the production line, to achieve multi-line distribution and transportation, after vibration finishing, stacking into the packaging machine without brackets.

Performance characteristics

1. The pallet free automatic material handling line is composed of distribution conveyor, vibration conveyor, two-way pusher and pallet free packaging unit.

2. Single line packaging speed can reach 100 bags/min (depending on product size and packaging form).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure, with a total power of about 3.6kW(excluding packaging machine).

1. The number of biscuit arrangement can be set and adjusted according to the packaging requirements.

2. No pallet material line adopts bi-directional push material, higher speed and more stable.

3. Stable delivery, uniform speed, high reliability of the overall delivery of biscuits.

4. The front end can be connected to the production line to realize automatic feeding, and can also be manually discharged.
