Scope of application

Multi-channel loading and supporting material line for biscuit products for single, multi-piece automatic loading and packaging, the front end can be connected to the production line to achieve automatic continuous feeding, automatic stacking, automatic loading and supporting, to complete a variety of packaging forms.

Performance characteristic

1. The multi-channel loading and handling line is composed of stretch conveyor, automatic dividing machine, turning conveyor, automatic charging machine, distribution conveyor, automatic sorting unit and automatic packaging unit. Cookies and other products can be separated by pulling distance, automatic distribution, automatic loading and support, can achieve a single piece, multiple pieces, single layer, multi-layer and other charging forms, to achieve continuous production and high-speed. Large capacity effect.

2. Single packaging speed up to 120 pieces/min (depending on product size and packaging form).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure. One tow two (eight support channels) total power of about 9kW(excluding packaging machine).

Equipment advantage
