Combined packaging line

Scope of application

The combined packaging line is mainly for the secondary packaging of products to achieve multi-row and multi-column packaging of products. The front end can be connected to multiple pillow packaging machines or production lines to achieve automatic continuous feeding.

Performance characteristics:

1. The combined packaging material handling line is composed of automatic packaging unit, transition conveyor, servo receiving unit and paper reciprocating packaging unit. The front end of the single packaged product is arranged and collected according to the actual demand, and the product is accurately sent to the paper reciprocating packaging machine. To achieve continuous production, high speed and high efficiency, save people and labor effect.

2. The speed of the down-moving paper reciprocating packaging machine can reach 40-60 bags/min (depending on the product size and packaging form).

3. The entire cable uses 220V 50Hz power supply.
