Scope of application

Multi-piece loading automatic material management line is mainly for bread and other products with large output and regular shape, which solves the problem of product standing arrangement and automatic loading.

Performance characteristics

1. The multi-piece loading automatic handling line is composed of the whole row conveyor, automatic handling unit, servo receiving unit, automatic dispensing machine, double-channel merging unit and automatic packaging unit. After the bread comes out of the cooling tower, it is pulled away from the whole conveyor, the automatic sorting unit is arranged in an orderly manner, and it is sent to the servo receiving unit, and the bread is arranged standing. Under the action of the material transfer mechanism, it is sent into the tray through the upper channel. The products of the two channels are merged and orderly sent to the packaging machine for packaging.

2. The packing speed of double-pass materials is 65 bags/min (5 pieces).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure, with a total power of 12kW (including packaging machine).

1. The bread production line is large and the production is uninterrupted, and the traditional way of multi-piece loading and supporting people's tooling consumes a lot of labor.
