Automatic loading and handling of material lines

Scope of application

The automatic loading tray material line is mainly for moon cakes, meat muffins, cakes and other appearance rules and products that need to be packed with trays. The front end can be connected to the production line to achieve automatic continuous feeding, or manual feeding.

Performance characteristics

1. The material line of automatic loading pallet is composed of pull distance conveyor, distribution conveyor, automatic material handling unit, sub-pallet mechanism, feeding mechanism and automatic packaging unit. The mooncake and other products are arranged, distributed, transported and positioned, the tray is automatically divided and arranged, and the products are accurately sent to the tray at the junction for packaging. At the same time can be synchronously put deoxidizer or alcohol tablets.

2. Single line packaging speed of up to 200 bags/min (depending on the product and packaging form).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure: one tow two total power 13kW.

Equipment advantage

1. Automatic subdivision mechanism will automatically separate the tray, stable and continuous, to achieve automatic production, improve food safety and efficiency, and synchronously release deoxidizer or alcohol tablets through the automatic feeder.

2. Multi-stage differential sorting materials to achieve stable and high speed materials and accurate positioning.
