On-line sandwich automatic counting line

Scope of application

On-line sandwich automatic material sorting line is mainly aimed at biscuits and other regular shape products automatically into the sandwich machine, and then packaging. The front end can be connected with the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding, automatic sandwich, front and back multi-pile and other packaging forms.

The performance characteristics of

1. Online sandwich line automatic bedding material assigned by the pull from the conveyor, belt conveyor, automatic feeding unit, sandwich machine and automatic packing machine, to pull away from respectively the biscuits and other products, automatic allocation, automatically, to send products in order to a sandwich machine, automatic positioning packaging, to achieve continuous production, high speed, low cost.

2. The packing speed of single line can reach 350 packages/min (depending on product size and packing form).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure. The total power of one tow and three is about 9kW (excluding the packaging machine).
