Scope of application

The automatic bagging and packaging machine is mainly for square toast prefabricated bagging products, and the front end can be connected to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding and automatic bagging and packaging.

Performance characteristic

1. The automatic bagging and packaging machine is composed of a feed rack (or feed belt), a pushing mechanism, a turntable, a bag-opening mechanism and a conveyor belt. Through the simultaneous work of multiple stations, bags can be opened and bagged at the same time, with high efficiency and good stability.

2. Single-line packing speed :20-65 packages/min, depending on product size and packaging form. Standard machine packaging size: length 70-170mmx width 70mmx height 70mm(can be customized according to the product mold). Packing form: Prefabricated bag (flat bag, self-supporting bag, zipper bag, M bag, etc.).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, with a total power of about 5.2kW, as shown in the figure. Air volume :2.2 cubic meters/hour.
