Scope of application

Automatic bagging packaging machine is mainly for square toast cake prefabricated bag products, the front end can be connected to the production line to achieve automatic continuous feeding, to achieve automatic bagging packaging form.

Performance characteristics

1. The automatic bagging packaging machine is composed of a feed hanger (or feed belt), a pushing mechanism, a turntable, a bag-opening mechanism and a conveyor belt. By working at multiple stations at the same time, the bag-opening and bagging can be carried out at the same time, with high efficiency and stability.

2. Single line packing speed: 20-65 packages/min, depending on product size and packaging form. Standard machine packaging size: length 70-170mmx width 70mmx height 70mm (can be customized according to the product mold). Packing form: Prefabricated bag (flat bag, self-supporting bag, zipper bag, M bag, etc.).

3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, the total power is about 5.2kW as shown in the figure. Air pressure: 0.6KPa Air consumption: 2.2 cubic meters/hour.
