Scope of application
The front end can be connected with the production line to realize multi-line distribution and transportation. After vibration finishing, the line is stacked and sent to the plessless packaging machine.
The performance characteristics of
1. The buttless automatic material handling line is composed of distributing and finishing conveyor, vibrating conveyor, two-way material pusher and buttless packaging unit.
2. The packing speed of single line can reach 100 packages/min (depending on product size and packing form).
3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure, with a total power of about 3.6KW (excluding the packaging machine).
